I am a proud Matriarch of 3 married “inherited” children, a loving Mother of two
teenagers and an inherited Grandmother to seven very bright, extraordinary,
and gorgeous grandchildren
I am happily married to the love of my life,
I am a businesswoman,
a feminist,
a go-getter,
a so-so friend,
but mostly I am the Guardian of my Tribe, my Clan… you touch them… you DIE..

I am fascinated by ideas; I find connections between seemingly disparate phenomena. I accumulate information, ideas, artifacts, and relationships. When faced by any scenario, I can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues. I work hard and I have a great deal of stamina, I take immense satisfaction in being busy and productive.

I like to make a big impact, I am independent, prioritize projects based on how much influence they will have on our Legacy or the people around us. I had to manoeuvre amongst emotional land mines, political sparring, nepotism in its rawest form, a father’s love, the previous dispensation (on either side), the
married-in laws, the lucrative four legal practises the nineteen prosperous businesses operating every day, the aspirations, and imminent dreams.

I lead with strategic thinking; I keep everyone focussed on what could be. I constantly absorb and analyse information and helping the family to make better decisions. I endeavour to continually stretch the thinking of my Family for the future.

I am currently the Trustee of the Family Forum and have recently given the reigns over to two prodigies, Simone Schütte and Wilmari Möller. They are young, they are brave, they are ambitious, and they have ONE main aim at heart –
• how do we move forward as a constituent and
• how to not leave any-one behind:
“THE OHANA EFFECT ! ”

With over 30 years in business, in South Africa and internationally, Eugene Swanepoel has extensive business experience across many industries, including construction, mining, information technology, distribution and logistics, consulting, and engineering, with significant experience in general management, financial management, system development, cost and management accounting, and tax planning.

In addition to that, he has extensive experience in company strategic alignment, mergers and acquisitions, business intelligence, and automated processing. For the first 20 business years, he covered most areas of business, including finance, admin, inventory control, debtors, creditors, human resources, IT, costing, taxation, year-end procedures, consolidations, and labor relations.

For the last 20 years, he has been holding senior board level positions as well as providing management consulting for SMEs. He has delivered business growth, turnaround and transformation, and has a track record in identifying creative business solutions to deliver service differentiation in volatile markets. He demonstrates an excellent understanding of business strategy and leadership.

Eugene has a driving passion for corporate governance in every organization, big or small.

Lonice Wessels is our Group Executive Marketing Officer. She studied at North West University and achieved her degree in Corporate Communication, followed by her honours degree in Multi Media. Both were achieved with full academic colours. She also received membership to the International Golden Key Society for outstanding academic performance, receiving awards for top academic performer in both Communication and Multi Media,

Sareta and Lonice met while she was still in University. Sareta saw her potential and employed her on the spot as the graphic designer for her events business at that time. Lonice later ventured into newspaper and printing and settled as a freelancer for 9 years, working with clients such as InniBos, Ford, Juicy Lucy, York and Minopex. In 2017 Sareta established Saturn Management Co and once again reached out to Lonice for creative input. She was offered the position of GEMO and has been leading the marketing team ever since.

Riaan Geldenhuys is a dynamic & passionate person. With over 13 years of experience in various fields & industries, marketing is his 1st love. He studied Photography & Graphic Design at Bloemfontein and is also a Certified International WebMaster, completing his course among the top in his class.

Riaan is also a social media master, completing 3 courses in social media marketing, Google advertising and analytics. He is constantly improving his skills and offers value added services like animation, augmented reality, sound engineering and video editing. He is dedicated to face every challenge head-on and applying his expertise to the success of every entity in the Schütte Legacy Group of Companies.

His passion for his work is matched by his love for nature and the great outdoors. He is very active and has completed various challenging courses such as lifeguard training, 4×4 extreme driving & open-water course.

Ockert Fernandes is the youngest member of the Saturn Management team, however, young people bring fresh ideas to the table and that is exactly what Ockert has to offer, and more! Working in media and content creation since his high school days, Ockert has a variety of experience working with video production, content creation, graphic design, website building and SEO. He has built a reputation working with companies like Mahela, Amorentia and many more farming entities to broaden their online presence and help them become influential in their own right.

Ockert started working at Saturn Management in 2019 as a Junior Marketing Assistant. Apart from running the social channels and building websites he is also the creative producer and videographer of over 100 videos since he’s become part of the Schütte Legacy. Ockert has also won 2 awards for internationally recognised marketing videos via the ITFF in 2021, laying a strong foundation in the video content production industry.

Ronelle Zaaiman van Rensburg is the epitome of ‘old, but not yet cold’ with her fast typing ingenuity and purposefulness. She is one of the older members of Saturn Management, but that does not stop her. She can still make a contribution like the young because grayness brings wisdom.

Ronelle has her B.Soc.Sc with Psychology as one major, therefore she is a very empathetic person, and she has her Secretarial Diploma. For 16 years, she was Personal Assistant to the Chief Fire Brigade and Chief Traffic Services.

She worked very closely with the Presidential Security, was involved in BBSA/IFBB NC for 8 years, 6 of them as Chairlady. Now BBSA/IFBB Mpumalanga Provincial Backstage Manager, for which she has an ABSOLUTE passion. She is also a qualified BBSA/IFBB Provincial judge.

As a cancer survivor, she was also named CANSA’s most engaged ‘survivor’ and was known in Upington for 20 years as the ‘Wild White Woman’ because she could never sit still and was always up and down like a Duracell bunny.

Ronelle started her role as Aide de Camp at Saturn Management on 27 June 2022, tasked with typing the life story book about Frans Jnr Schutte. She can still make a positive contribution to every bit of work she does and she puts her all into tasks given to her.

Ronelle is the perfect example of perseverance paying off.

She is a qualified Firefighter with Hazmat and her IFE (International Fire Engineering).

She lived out her passion with her Firefighting career until she got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Hyper Mobility Syndrome, leaving her having to change her career at an older age.

Suzette did not give up and went on to get her Personal Training Diploma, Nutritionist Certification, Life Coaching Certification, Social Media Management qualification, Entrepreneurship and Metafit Coaching qualifications which put her in the perfect position to help people with chronic illnesses and much more!

She was the Chief Judge for the BBSA/IFBB NC and currently took on the role at Statistician for the BBSA/IFBB Mpumalamga, She is also a qualified IFBB judge.

Suzette started her new career venture as Wellness Officer for Saturn Management on the 27th of July 2022, making her one of the only Wellness Coaches in a company ever. She is also championing the Wellness blog and blogs for Kilima as well as Wellness TikToks.

She is an extremely empathetic person who always wants to assist people with her openness and softness.

Suzette is a CAN DO spirit who never gives up, no matter what life throws at her and from her personal experience she is an absolute idol and perfect symbol of “never giving up”.

Suzette believes in “you are never too old to learn new things” and it shows with all her qualifications and her drive to keep on studying throughout her life.

I am a dedicated financial administrative professional. I am Currently studying towards my National Diploma in Financial Accounting (NDFA)
Besides being deadline driven, a fast learner, organized and precise I also enjoy all that is fine– and performing arts and the no–drama, uncomplicated beauty of life as a whole.
