“All stars are the result of a balance of forces. A star is born when atoms of light elements are squeezed under enough pressure for their nuclei to undergo fusion.” (Richard Brill)
Frans and Sareta Schütte, our distinguished leaders with brilliant business acumen, came to a crossroads with how their companies are structured and managed. Although each company performed well and grew in their own domain, there was a coherent challenge in the areas of finance admin, human resources and marketing.
These services was outsourced to different 3rd parties with dissimilar standards of service and execution, rendering the combined group of companies impossible to act as a unit. Saturn Management came to existence when Frans and Sareta Schütte realised that their combined forces needed balancing. Just like a star, enough mental input and pressure from Sareta and Frans led to the fusion of Saturn Management Company in 2017. Sareta led the search for a uniquely skilled group of individuals to form a world class management company. These individuals should not only be experts in their specific fields, but they had to buy into Frans and Sareta’s vision for their family. CFO Eugene Swanepoel was the first to join the team. With his expert knowledge in sound company structures, financial positioning and Tax, he orchestrated a miracle in laying a foundation for each individual company and for the holding companies as well. With time he built brick upon brick, an all-encompassing structure to secure fixed assets, a property portfolio and healthy policies and procedures.
Now, it was time to add the rest of the team. Human Resource and Marketing was a priority and followed shortly after. Today Saturn Management has 11 fiercely skilled, passionate members. Each one dedicated to their distinct role in the company, but also working together to achieve a united goal – to make our clients succeed beyond their fathomable dreams!
We are Saturn Management Company.
