Saturn Management was founded in 2017.
Saturn Management was born from the visionary minds of Frans and Sareta Schutte. Facing challenges in finance, human resources, and marketing, they founded Saturn Management in 2017. It emerged as the force that balanced their diverse companies, transforming them into a harmonious unit.
Our Journey
Sareta spearheaded the search for top-tier talent to build a world-class management company. Each member needed to be an expert in their field and share Frans and Sareta’s family vision.
The finance department was the first to leverage its expertise in company structures, drawing on extensive tax knowledge to lay a solid foundation for each entity. Over time, a comprehensive framework was developed to protect assets, property, and policies. Following finance's lead, Human Transformation and Marketing joined forces to reinforce this groundwork, building a robust team step by step. Today, Saturn Management is proud to have 16 dedicated members, all committed to driving exceptional success for our clients.

FAMILYFORUM
Nurturing Bonds, Empowering Growth.
Saturn Management Company is known as the Family Advice Council, but we are also proudly and actively involved with the Schutte Family Forum.
Apart from being the placebo for strong lasting relationships, conflict management and mentorship, the Family Forum is also responsible for development through facilitating training, starting with the Managing Directors and General Managers year on year in courses like DISC, EQ, Strength Finders, Conflict Management, Financial management for non-financial managers, overseeing the registration process and adhering to IODSA.
The Family Forum plays a crucial role in educating the Schutte children about core values, work ethic, and the family’s business legacy. In addition to this, they are dedicated to preserving family traditions, fostering stronger bonds, and ensuring that the family's connection remains close-knit and vibrant across generations.
Sareta will always hold the role of Matriarch within the Family Forum. The forum is led by Chairperson BenaDea Lubbe and Vice President Simone Schutte. Secretary ,Wilmari Moller and various members from Saturn Management like Lonice Wessels, Charlene van Tonder, Natasha Benade and Ockert Fernandes who contribute their expertise as members of both the Family Advice Council and the Family Forum, guiding the family with collective strength and shared wisdom.
